National Summer Steamup 2009 – Wednesday

 
  An empty Grand Pavilion ballroom at the Lions Gate, shortly after 3 p.m. on Wednesday. That's Chris Coley, left, and Kevin O’Connor, right.   Volunteers carry pieces of the PCLS layout into the ballroom for setup.   Matt Abreu wins the contest – he’s running the first engine of the 2009 National Summer Steamup.
