Diamondhead 2001 -- photo album

Tuesday night, Jan. 16, 2001, Pacifica, Calif.: Here are all my pictures from Diamondhead. They total 30; I had hoped for more, but technical difficulties -- coupled with my desire to meet, talk and see as much as I could -- cut back on my output.


I've divided up the photos into two sets -- the faces of Diamondhead and the engines of Diamondhead. The first set has pictures of people and engines and the second set has pretty much just engines, so if you are an engine-junkie and not interested in the people, the second set is for you.

Don't forget, Pat Darby's pictures are at Steam in the Garden. Carol Jobusch told me she wouldn't have her pictures posted until next week. If you know of any other Diamondhead 2001 picture pages, please let me know.

I have written a little essay on what I saw and learned at Diamondhead.

Note: I have maybe (probably) made a mistake or two in the identification of the individuals or the equipment. Please be kind -- sometimes my notes aren't as clear as I'd like and sometimes I just plain didn't get the info.
